It’s been a great start to the Townsville weekend for Cam Waters and Thomas Randle.
Practice one saw Cam top the session with a time of 1:13.9706s in the opening minutes,and the lap remained the benchmark for the remainder of the 40-minute session.Thomas finished second giving our team a one-two for the session.
Waters was the only car in the 24-car field to set a time in the 1:13s, with Randle0.1206s behind.
Waters finished first in practice two taking Friday honors at Reid Park.

“The car rolled out of the truck really good. We made some changes, some were good, some were bad but we have a really good set up for the weekend. Fastest in both sessions was awesome for the team and Thomas is up there as well. Hopefully keep it going for the rest of the weekend”. – Cam Waters
Super 2
Practice two began with a few spots of rain noticeable around the Reid Park precinct,with the session declared wet prior to its start. Rylan Gray finished second less than a tenth off first.

Lochie Dalton and Brad Vaughan finished 16th and 22ndrespectively.
Toyota 86
Charlie Nash made his debut in the Toyota 86 Series in Townsville moving higher up the field in every session.
“Nice to have the first day in the books in the series. Really happy with how it went.Started a bit slow in practice one but pushed forward in practice two and putit all together in qualifying. Focusing on tomorrow and getting the time down even more” – Charlie Nash
