Tickford Racing is thrilled to confirm Nash Morris will join its Super2 program for the 2025 season, driving the Scott Taylor Motorsport-backed #222 Ford Mustang.
This marks an exciting addition to Tickford’s expanding development program, which will feature four entries in the 2025 Super2 Series.
At just 21 years of age, Nash brings an impressive racing pedigree to the team. A former Super3 Series champion, he has showcased his talent across multiple motorsport disciplines, including several seasons in the Super2 Series, the Porsche Carrera Cup, the Toyota 86 Racing Series, and the National Trans Am Series.
Nash joins Tickford with a legacy closely tied to the team. His father, Paul Morris, famously claimed the 2014 Bathurst 1000 victory with Tickford Racing, adding a meaningful historical connection to this partnership.
The Autosport Super2 program will also benefit from the guidance of Mark Winterbottom, who rejoined Tickford Racing in 2025 as a co-driver and junior team coach. Winterbottom’s wealth of experience will provide invaluable mentorship to the young talent in Tickford’s development program.
Nash Morris:
“I am extremely excited and grateful to be joining Tickford for the 2025 Super2 Series. It’s incredible to be part of the team that my dad won the 2014 Bathurst 1000 with, and I aspire to achieve some great results of my own. I’d like to thank Scott Taylor and the team at Tickford for the opportunity to join one of the best teams in the country.”
Simon Brookhouse, Tickford CEO:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Nash to Tickford Racing for 2025. He’s a fantastic addition to our Autosport Super2 program, which continues to grow with the addition of a fourth car this season. Nash’s diverse racing background and experience make him an excellent fit for our team, and we’re confident he’ll make a strong impression in the #222 Mustang.
“It’s also great to see a legacy continue with Nash joining Tickford. Having Paul Morris claim Bathurst success with us in 2014 is a special memory, and we’re excited to have the Morris name back in the Tickford garage. We’re looking forward to working with Nash and seeing what he can achieve this year.”
Matthew Roberts, Team Manager:
“It’s a significant year for us, with the program growing to four cars, and Nash’s experience and drive will be key to continuing that momentum. Having the Morris family name back with Tickford also adds a great touch of history, and we’re proud to be part of Nash’s journey as he continues to make his mark in the sport.”
