Australian Clutch Services returns with Tickford Racing

TICKFORD RACING – ACS PARTNERS NO. 56 MUSTANG
26 March, 2022
Clutch and flywheel specialists Australian Clutch Services (ACS) will partner with Tickford Racing for the remainder of the 2022 Supercars Championship, expanding its relationship with the team to be featured on the front guards of Jake Kostecki’s No. 56 Tradie Ford Mustang from this weekend’s Tasmania SuperSprint.

Based in the industrial hub of Adelaide, ACS has operated for over 30 years, and is regarded as the market leader in the supply of new and re-manufactured clutch components and systems. ACS Marketing Manager Hayden Jarrett expressed his excitement over the expanded partnership, which will aim to promote ACS’ Xtreme Performance Clutch, its high performance range of clutch systems.

“We are proud to be extending our partnering with the Tickford Racing team into 2022,” Jarrett said. “With our long history in various forms of motorsport around the world through our Xtreme Clutch product range, along with our successful partnership with Tickford Racing in 2021, we are looking forward to working with Jake Kostecki and the Tickford Racing team on a range of activation activities throughout the 2022 season. With a shared desire for industry leading innovation and performance, we feel that the Tickford Racing team is the ideal fit for ACS and we’re looking forward to seeing further success out on track.”

Tickford Racing CEO and Team Principal Tim Edwards commented on the news and the expanded relationship between Tickford and ACS, which originated in 2021 when ACS partnered Thomas Randle’s Castrol Racing wildcard at three events during the 2021 season.

“Having the support of Australian Clutch Services in 2022 – and in a larger capacity at that – is a real positive for our team,” Edwards said. “It’s also a real natural arena for ACS to play in, Supercars is the perfect alignment for performance brands to activate, and we’re very happy to have that opportunity with ACS. We’re looking forward to seeing the ACS and Xtreme brands on Jake’s car and working together with the ACS team through the rest of 2022.”

Australian Clutch Services will make its 2022 debut aboard the No. 56 Tradie Ford Mustang at this weekend’s Tasmania SuperSprint, taking place at Symmons Plains International Raceway outside Launceston.
